Cases load from the back, roll forward, and stop at the pick face. Pickers walk one aisle and never reach past an empty slot. E-commerce fulfillment, pharma and medical-device distribution in Kalamazoo and Portage, and assembly-line feed in Holland plants all run on it. (269) 390-9036: 2693909036 ## Industrial Shelving Systems for Each-Pick Orders E-commerce order lines are small and many. Carton flow puts hundreds of SKUs in a short walk, with restocking from a separate back aisle so pickers and restockers do not cross. In Allegan (https://kalamazoopalletrack.com/service-area/allegan), where consumer-health logistics runs out of Highland Industrial Park, and in Portage (https://kalamazoopalletrack.com/service-area/portage) med-device buildings, carton flow keeps a high SKU count organized and easy to count. One footprint covers both pick and reserve. Bed width, wheel spacing and pitch follow your case sizes and weights. We need a list of the cases you pick most to get it right. ## Line-Side Feed for Manufacturing Mid-height plants in Holland (https://kalamazoopalletrack.com/service-area/holland) use carton flow to feed parts to assembly. Bins load from the aisle side and present to the operator at the line. Empty-tote return lanes can be built into the same unit. ## Carton Flow Planning Steps 1 ### Pull order data SKUs, case sizes, picks per day by SKU. 2 ### Slot the face Fast movers at waist height, slow movers above and below. 3 ### Size beds Width, wheel spacing and pitch per case type. 4 ### Install Beds set and tested with your actual cases.
